To help us help you
- For a bug: your device and browser (for example “iPhone, Safari”), and which mode you were in (Daily, Archive, Endless, or a pack).
- For a puzzle problem: the date for a daily or archive puzzle, or the puzzle number in a pack.
- For a purchase: the email address you paid with.
We aim to reply within a few days.
